As shipping and delivery operations are managed directly by this external service provider, we are not responsible for the physical handling, transportation, or delivery of the packages once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and other circumstances beyond our direct control. Any tracking information available will be provided to the customer once the order has been shipped.
